Delivery

1. By completing the ordering process, the hirer acknowledges the general terms and conditions of Atelier Perru B.V..
2. Atelier Perru B.V. aims to ship your order within 2 business days.
3. The package will, after shipment, be delivered to your delivery address within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Atelier Perru B.V. is not liable for any delay, or its consequences, caused by the transporting party responsible for the delivery.
5. The risk of loss or damage passes to the hirer upon accepting the package from the carrier.
6. The wigs will not be delivered styled, as per the example on the website.
7. As hair is a natural product, wigs are subject to change. The wig may differ from the images and data available on the website.
8. Atelier Perru B.V. is not responsible for any consequences if the wigs do not meet expectations and differs from the example and/or description on the website.

Cancellation

1. Cancelling the order is only possible if it has not yet been sent. If the hirer wishes to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, Atelier Perru B.V. will charge the costs already made.

Rental

1.By placing an order, the hirer confirms to be familiar with the professional treatment of wigs.
2. The hirer is liable for damage to the wigs as a result of use. In particular if caused by incorrect treatment and care.
3. If the wigs are damaged upon return, the costs made to return the wigs to its original state will be recovered from the hirer. If repair is not possible, the replacement value of the hair work will be charged. The replacement value is €2950 per wig excluding any applying taxes.
4. Permanent changes to the wigs may not be made by the hirer. Permanent changes made by the hirer will be charged.
5. Reversible changes due to heat, water, washable colours and styling products may be carried out by the hirer during the rental period.
6. After the rental period, the hirer must clean the wigs and remove any glue.
7. The wigs should be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

Return

1. The wigs must be returned within ten calendar days after the expiry of the agreed rental period, the hirer must be able to offer a track and trace code to Atelier Perru B.V. within this period.
2. The hirer is responsible for the return, and associated costs, of the wigs.
3. The wigs may only be returned fully insured, according to the replacement value of the wigs, this cost is equal to €2950 per wig excluding any applying taxes.
4. The hirer is liable for damage to the wigs caused during the return to Atelier Perru.
5. Should the hirer wish to extend the rental period, they must contact Atelier Perru in writing.
6. If the rented wigs are not returned on time, Atelier Perru B.V. may charge costs equal to the rental price.

• The wigs will not be styled upon delivery, following the example on the website.
• Atelier Perru aims to ship your order within 2 business days.
• After shipping, the package will be delivered to within 3 to 5 business days.
• Cancelling the order is only possible if it has not yet been sent. Should you wish to cancel the order after shipment, the costs already incurred will be charged by Atelier Perru.
• The hirer is responsible for the return, and associated costs, of the hair work.
• The hair work must be returned ten days after the expiry of the agreed rental period.
