Delivery and returns

Delivery

• Atelier Perru aims to ship your order within 2 business days.
• Once shipped, the package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
• Atelier Perru is not liable for any delay, or its consequences, caused by the transportation company responsible for the delivery.
• The risk of loss or damage passes to the hirer after accepting the goods from the carrier.
• The wigs are delivered uncut, as per the example on the website.
• As hair is a natural product, wigs are subject to change. It is possible that the hairpiece differs from the images and data available on the website.
• Atelier Perru is not responsible for any consequences if it turns out that the wigs do not meet expectations and is different from the likeness and/or description on the website.

Cancellation

• Cancelling the order is only possible if the package has not been shipped yet. Should the hirer wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, the costs already incurred will be charged by Atelier Perru.

Return

• The wigs must be returned within ten calendar days after the end of the agreed rental period, the hirer must be able to offer a track and trace code to Atelier Perru B.V. within this period.
• The hirer is responsible for the return, and associated costs, of the wigs.
• The wigs may only be returned fully insured, according to the replacement value of the wigs. It costs €2950 excluding any applying taxes to replace a wig.
• The hirer is liable for damage to the wigs caused during the return to Atelier Perru.
• Should the renter wish to extend the rental period, he should contact Atelier Perru in writing.
If the rented hair work is not returned on time, Atelier Perru B.V. may charge costs equal to the rental price.
