I would like to rent 1 wig through the Rent Shop. Is this possible?
Via Atelier Perru's Rent Shop you can easily and quickly rent multiple wigs in 1 package. The minimum order size is 3 wigs. If you only need 1 wig for a project, we advise you to contact the Atelier directly for options and personal advice.

The rented wigs do not fit. Can they be exchanged for other wigs from the Rent Shop?
Every wig is unique and there is a chance that the wigs you have rented do not fit. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange them. The wigs can be returned and you will have to place a new order.

Can I make adjustments to the wig?
Permanent adjustments can not be made to the wigs. Reversible changes due to heat, water, wash-out colours and styling products may be made.

I am looking for a specific wig but cannot find it in the Rent Shop.
New wigs will be added to the Rent Shop on a regular basis. If you are looking for a specific model and colour that is not available in the Rent Shop, please contact Atelier Perru.We will be happy to help you with a customised order. Different rates apply for this.

I recently hired a wig and want to hire it again. How do I find out which wig I have previously rented?
You can create a personal account. Here you can find your previous orders and see which wigs you have rented before.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs for an order in the Netherlands are €19.50 excluding VAT. The shipping costs for foreign orders are calculated and shown during the ordering process.

How soon will my order be delivered?
After we received your payment, your order will be shipped within two business days. The delivery time is between 3-5 business days after the parcel is shipped.

Which countries do you deliver to?
It is only possible to rent wigs via the Rent Shop for customers within the EU. Atelier Perru delivers via the Rent Shop to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain; Czech Republic and Sweden.

If you are outside the European Union and would like to rent wigs, please contact Atelier Perru directly for the possibilities.

I would like to rent the wigs for a longer period. Is that possible?
If you would like to rent the wigs for longer than the agreed rental period please contact Atelier Perru via e-mail to extend the rental period.

When should the rented wigs be returned?
The wigs should be returned within ten calendar days after the end of the agreed rental period, the renter should be able to provide a track and trace code to Atelier Perru within this period (return address: van Oldenbarneveltlaan 17, 2012 PA, Haarlem, the Netherlands).

How should the rented wigs be returned?
The (used) wigs must be stripped of glue residue before being returned. The order must be returned fully insured, according to the replacement value of the wigs (€2950 per wig).

Can I receive a return label?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a return label via Atelier Perru. Both shipping and return costs are for the hirer. The shipping costs for your order are determined during the ordering process and paid in advance. The return must be arranged by yourself, we ask that the wigs are returned insured.
